LO Learning Organization disseminates new relational perspectives, models, methods and tools on the topics of management and organization . These are written exclusively by specialist authors. No economic specialist knowledge is assumed for the reader.
Each issue has a thematic focus as corporate management , coaching interventions in everyday life, self-responsibility in the management or micromanagement , but there are also macro-economic related issues such. B. Future of work - forms of work of the future or 40+. In the focal point section, editor-in-chief Sonja Radatz presents the relational preparation of the main topic.

LO Learning Organization was founded in 2001 by today's editor-in-chief and publisher Sonja Radatz.
Frequency of publication
The magazine appears six times a year on January 1st, March, May, July, September and November. It is read (as of?) By around 5,000 readers per number (LpN) . Managing directors , board members and CEOs receive a free online click subscription to the magazine. On the homepage there is an online archive of the published texts and a 2-minute statement film by the editor on the respective focus of the issue.
