LRT Plius is the second television broadcaster of the semi-state Lithuanian broadcasting company Lietuvos nacionalinis radijas ir televizija (LRT). The station went on the air on February 16, 2003 under the name LTV2 (later LRT Kultūra ). LRT Plius mainly shows programs from the fields of culture, education and information. In addition, news programs are also broadcast in sign language.
