The LSV Immelmann Breslau (full name Air Force Sports Club Immelmann Breslau ) was a German military sports club from the Lower Silesian city of Breslau , which is now called Wrocław and belongs to Poland .
history
The LSV Immelmann Breslau was founded in 1940 and was named after the former fighter pilot Max Immelmann .
A high point in the club's history was the rise to the Gauliga Lower Silesia in 1942 , the top division at the time.
From October 1943 to October 1944, the LSV formed a war sports association with Hertha Breslau under the name KSG Hertha / Immelmann Breslau .
Due to the approaching war events , the KSG Hertha / Immelmann Breslau was dissolved in October 1944.
