The Literature Translation Institute of Korea (LTI Korea for short) is an institute founded by the South Korean government in 2001 to promote translations of Korean literature into other languages. It is based in the Gangnam district of Seoul .
To establish LTI Korea, the Korean Literature Translation Fund and the Korea Arts & Culture Service were merged into one organization in 2001 .
LTI Korea operates an online library that provides information on books that have been translated into other languages. A quarterly issue of Korean Literature Now is also published. It contains information on new translations, book excerpts, comments, interviews and reports on publications.
