labournet.tv is an online archive and filmmaker collective for films from the labor movement , funded by the non-profit foundation “Human Dignity and Communication in the Working World ”.

Film archive

Since it was founded in 2011, labournet.tv has been collecting films on the topics of classic wage labor , trade union organization and actions by migrants and the unemployed, self-organization of wage workers, historical and current labor disputes and alternative social models. In particular, the on-site struggles, the company strikes away from the big headlines, stories of minor resistance, and films that take the employees' perspective and let them have their say in their arguments. The films are subtitled and made accessible on the online platform. The film stock includes over 700 documentaries and feature films from 53 countries.

As a filmmaker collective, labournet.tv primarily produces films about current social disputes and undertakes "participatory observation".
