History and description
The shop facade at Wilhelminenstrasse 21 was built in the 1950s. The ground floor facade, which is reduced to the statically necessary supports , with the all-round glazed display cases is only interrupted by the thin anodized aluminum bars. This construction in the style of the 1950s gives the facade lightness and transparency. The showcases tapering towards the bottom appear to float above the natural stone floor . Retrofitting the support cladding affects the original design.
