The Ladies Icefall ( English ; Polish Lodospad Panieński , Girls Icefall ) is a 1 km long glacial break on King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It flows between Urbanek Crag and the Ladies Buttresses to the Ezcurra Fjord .
Polish scientists named it in 1980 in honor of the female participants in the Polish Antarctic expeditions from 1977 to 1978 and from 1978 to 1979.
