Lahıc , even al houta is an urban-type in the district (rayon) İsmayıllı in Azerbaijan . It is located at an altitude of 1400 meters in a valley between the high mountains of the Greater Caucasus . The settlement is known for its traditional coppersmiths . There are many old cobblestone streets and numerous coppersmiths and other workshops. Worth mentioning is the large Zavaro Mosque. The mosque was built in 1805 and was a cinema in Soviet times . Another mosque (Agolu) was built in 1914. Today the regional museum with old carpets, weapons and tools is housed in this mosque.
