Valery Vienneau

Valéry Vienneau (born October 13, 1947 in Cap-Pelé ) is Archbishop of Moncton .

Life

Valéry Vienneau was ordained a priest on August 29, 1982 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Bathurst on July 3, 2002 . The Archbishop of Moncton, André Richard CSC donated him episcopal ordination on October 8 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were François Thibodeau CIM , Bishop of Edmundston , and Joseph Faber MacDonald , Bishop of Saint John, New Brunswick .

He was named Archbishop of Moncton on June 15, 2012 and inducted into office on August 29 of the same year.
