Laisvūnas Bartkevičius
Laisvūnas Bartkevičius (born July 28, 1966 in Šiauliai ) is a Lithuanian manager and politician , vice minister .
Life
After graduating from the Stasys Šalkauskis Middle School, Bartkevičius completed a degree in physics and astronomy at the Šiauli pedagoginis universitetas from 1994 to 1998 and an MBA master’s program at the Vilniaus Gedimino technikos universitetas from 2004 to 2006 . From 1988 to 1991 he was a teacher in Meškuičiai in the district of Šiauliai . From 1994 to 2013 he worked at Bank AB “ Snoras ”, from 1996 to 1999 as a financial broker and from 2006 to 2010 member of the board of directors of the fund management company UAB “Snoro fondų valdymas”. In 2013 he worked as an advisor to the general manager of the state-owned company Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir maisto productų rinkos reguliavimo agentūra . Since October 23, 2013, he has been Lithuania's Deputy Minister of Social Affairs as Deputy of Algimanta Pabedinskienė in the Butkevičius cabinet .
He is married and has two children.
