The Lake Pieman is a reservoir in the northwest of the Australian state of Tasmania .

It was created by damming the Pieman River after the construction of the Reece Dam around eight kilometers upstream from the Corinna settlement .

The lake extends from the dam upstream to Rosebery and takes up the entire middle course of the Pieman River .
