The Lake Platt Away is a lake in the eastern Australian state of Queensland .

The lake is located on the lower reaches of the Connors River , just before its confluence with the Isaac River , about 20 km east of Batheaston . To the east lies the Connors Range , in which the Connors River rises.

The city of Rockhampton is about 180 km southeast of the lake.
