Lambert von Arras († 1115 , murdered) was the first bishop of Arras since 1094 . He belonged to the family of the Counts of Guînes .

Lambert attended the Synod of Clermont in 1095 and left very detailed information on the decrees issued there by Pope Urban II .

This writing, the " Liber Lamberti ", was kept in the cathedral library of Arras and is now lost in the original. Two copies from the 17th century are still in the city library of Arras. It records the reign of Bishop Lambert, including the separation of the Diocese of Arras from the Diocese of Cambrai , letters and decrees, as well as what he experienced in Clermont in 1095.

In 1097 he confirmed the conversion of the hermitage of Kuno von Praeneste , later cardinal and archbishop, into a monastery.
