The Lamu Archipelago is located in the Indian Ocean on the north coast of Kenya . The archipelago consists of the islands of Lamu , Pate , Mande and belongs to the Kenyan Lamu County . In addition to the three larger islands, the Lamu Archipelago also includes a few smaller islands, such as Kiwayu and Manda Toto .
