Operating company

The landing site belonged to Arna Sp. Z oo, a real estate company that wanted to build high-quality houses on the banks of the Niegocin in the “Mazury Residence” building area in the “Osiedle Grajwo” district further south of the landing site. These houses should have their own boat harbor in a specially constructed lagoon. A hotel, a restaurant, a beach, a golf course, a sports field and tennis courts were planned for the construction area. The houses were to be built in six different type variants with living areas of 279 m² to 442 m² on plots of 5,000 m² to 10,000 m². The landing site was also included in this construction project. After the insolvency of the company, construction work on the houses that had already started was stopped and the landing site was no longer operated.
