District Court of Günzburg
The district court of Günzburg had been a Bavarian district court in Günzburg since 1806 , as the secularization of 1802/03 and the mediatization of 1806 brought new areas to the Kingdom of Bavaria and made a new administrative structure necessary.
Dissolution of the regional court
On July 1, 1862, the district offices in Bavaria were established and the administration of justice and administration were separated. The institutions for the administration of justice were given the name regional court (from January 1, 1879 district court , see district court Günzburg ) and the administrative authorities the name district office (see district Günzburg # regional courts ).
