District Court Roggenburg
The district court of Roggenburg was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Roggenburg , a municipality in the Upper Swabian district of Neu-Ulm in Bavaria . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .
In 1804, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the district court of Roggenburg was established. This came from 1810 to the Illerkreis and from 1817 to the Oberdonaukreis , which was renamed Swabia and Neuburg in 1838 (later just Swabia ).
The district court Roggenburgn was housed in a building of the secularized monastery Roggenburg .
