District Court Tölz
The Tölz district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Tölz in what is now the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .
history
In 1803, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Tölz district court was established. From 1808 it belonged to the Isar district with the capital Munich and from 1838 to Upper Bavaria . With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Tölz , today's Bad Tölz , the district of which was identical to that of the previous regional court.
