Landhaus Johann Traugott Philipp

The Landhaus Johann Traugott Philipp is located in the Kötzschenbroda district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , at Hainstrasse 7 on the corner with Meißner Strasse . It was built in 1868 by the Lößnitz master builder Gebrüder Ziller for the farm owner Johann Traugott Philipp. The farm wing was extended in 1882. In 1919 a “chicken lounge” was added to the house.

The road to Meissner gable standing under monument protection standing villa has a flat sloped gable roof with rafter gables. The former structure of the cornice of the two-storey, simple plastered building is only partially preserved. The windows have shutters and there are wine trellises on the facades.

In the main view of Hainstrasse, a wooden veranda stands in the middle of two of the four window axes, with an exit on top. There is an entrance porch in the gable facing Meißner Straße. The utility wing is located in the rear view on the eaves.
