The 1st Landsberger Football 1984 e. V. Landsberg Express was a German American football club from Landsberg am Lech .

In 1986 the club played in the 2nd Bundesliga South . After a decade in lower leagues, he played again in the 2nd division in 1996 and was promoted to the 1st Bundesliga . In 1997 the club reached the quarter-finals of the German championship . Landsberg ended the 1998 and 1999 seasons in 5th place (out of 6) in the Bundesliga South. The GFL season 2000 was finally a disaster for the club, financially overburdened and overburdened with personnel, the game had to be stopped at the end of the season; the association was dissolved.

A first successor club were the Bavarian State Seminoles , which played in 2001 for one season in the Bayern West regional league.

In 2007, the American Football Club Landsberg 2007 e. V. ( Landsberg X-PRESS ) founded. This rose to the Bavarian League in 2011 and became Bavarian champion in 2013. The club plays its home games at the Landsberg sports center. Since the promotion in 2013, the club has been consistently in the Regionalliga Süd.
