Lane Acheampong

Lane Acheampong (born January 31, 1994 ) is a German football player .

career

Acheampong came to football at the age of twelve and initially played in the youth division of the Langenfeld Longhorns . He later joined the offspring of the Cologne Falcons . In 2014 he was in the service of the Düsseldorf Panthers in the top German division, the GFL . In 2015 he went to the Centurions de Nîmes in France .

From 2016 he played at Frankfurt Universe in the GFL and won the EFL Bowl with Hessen in June 2016 . With the German national team he took part in the World Games in Wroclaw in 2017 and won the silver medal there. The 1.88 meter Acheampong used in the offensive line switched from Frankfurt to GFL promoted Potsdam Royals in the run-up to the 2018 season . In June 2018 he won the EWL Bowl for the second time in his career.
