Language Construction Kit (on German about: voice kit ) is the title of a document in the format of HTML pages by author Mark Rosenfelder . It is intended as a guide to creating constructed languages .

Its structure is systematic, from the simplest building blocks of a language to the most complex. Starting with the phonology and the writing system , it goes through word formation and words to the complex area of grammar and ends with an overview of registers and dialects . The prescription-like structure, along with warnings of things that you can usually easily overlooked, coupled with a variety of examples from natural languages and a good pinch of humor have led to these language building instructions among members of the Internet - Community of linguistic enthusiasts ( conlang community) has achieved a certain status of respect and notoriety.
