Laodike (mistress of Poseidon)
Laodike ( Greek Λαοδίκη ) is a lover of Poseidon or the Roman Neptunus in ancient mythology . She only appears in one place in the Heroides of Ovid (19 Hero to Leander 135) in a list of the past lovers of the sea god as the "golden-haired Laodice".
