Larissa Igorewna Brytschewa ( Russian Лариса Игоревна Брычёва; born May 26, 1957 in Moscow , RSFSR , USSR ) is a Russian lawyer and politician. She is Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation and Head of the Constitutional Law Department of the Russian President.

biography

Brytschewa graduated from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov University in Moscow in 1981 with honors . Four years later, she obtained an apprenticeship at the State and Legal Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR . Here she worked as a research assistant until 1987.

From 1987 to 1992 Brytschewa worked as publisher and deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine “Soviet State and Law”. After that, she was briefly chief specialist in the legislative committee of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation. At the same time, she headed the Council's Economic Reform Commission of the Supreme Soviet.

From 1993 to 1999, Brycheva held various high-ranking government offices. She was appointed head of the Russian presidential administration and was the head of the executive office of the authorized representative of the Russian president in the Federation Assembly and deputy head of the department of constitutional law.

Brytschewa has been head of the Constitutional Law Department of the Russian President since 1999.

In 2004, Brycheva was appointed assistant to the Russian President and she still holds this position today.

Others

Brycheva is a candidate for law and a qualified lawyer in Russia. She has received several awards, including the Order of Merit for the Fatherland in the 2nd and 4th grade.
