Cemix
The dry building materials division Cemix has 6 companies in Central and Eastern Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Romania) (3 of which are joint ventures with the Knauf Group) with 12 production sites at which building materials such as B. screeds , tile adhesives , grout , concrete , facade paints or plasters and thermal insulation composite systems are produced.
Cemix was founded at the end of the 19th century by the Czech company Calofrig to mine refractory clay in the Czech Republic. In 2002, Cemix was taken over by the Lasselsberger Group. A Cemix plant was opened in Austria in 2004, and since then there has been a cooperation with the Research and Development Center for Building Materials (VBE) in Pöchlarn , Austria. In 2011 she started the dry building material production in the Cemix plant in Slovakia.
Factoring
Lasselsberger Factoring, based in Malta, is a financial service provider that takes on, among other things, pre-financing, risk assumption and administrative tasks.
