Lato is a sans serif and free font from Łukasz Dziedzic. It was developed in summer 2010 and published under the SIL Open Font License in December 2010 . The font takes its name from the Polish word lato , which stands for summer. Łukasz Dziedzic was supported by Google during the development. Lato can therefore also be found in the Google Font Library , where it is one of the most popular fonts.
