Laura U. Marks

Laura U. Marks (born September 14, 1963 ) is an American media theorist .

Life

Marks studied Visual Studies and Cultural Studies at the University of Rochester and received her PhD in 1996. She has worked as an editor, curator and professor. Since 2003 she has been professor of arts and culture at the Canadian Simon Fraser University .
