Laureano Albán
Laureano Alberto Albán Rivas (born January 9, 1942 in Santa Cruz de Turrialba, Province of Cartago ) is a Costa Rican poet and diplomat .
Life
Laureano Alberto Albán Rivas attended the school at the foot of the Turrialba . From 1981 to 1983 he was Counselor in Madrid . From 1983 to 1986 he was Ambassador to the Costa Rica Mission at UN Headquarters . From 1987 to 1990 he was ambassador to Jerusalem . From 1998 to 2002 he headed the Mission of Costa Rica to UNESCO in Paris .
