Laurent Eperon
Laurent Eperon (* 1976 ) is a Swiss chef .
Career
After completing his cooking apprenticeship at the Hotel Elite in Biel (16 Gault Millau points), Eperon worked at the Hotel Ritz in Paris and at the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich . 1998 moved to Baur au Lac .
Eperon has been head chef of the gourmet restaurant Pavillon , which was designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon , since 2009 . The restaurant was awarded one Michelin star in 2014 and two Michelin stars in 2019.
