The Laussedat Heights are a number of hills on the Danco Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . They extend over a length of 13 km in the south-western part of the Arctowski Peninsula .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey mapped it using aerial photographs from Hunting Aerosurveys Ltd. from 1956 to 1957. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it on September 23, 1960 after Aimé Laussedat (1819–1907), French military engineer and "father of photogrammetry ", who has been developing this geodesy technique since 1851 would have.
