Le Dôme de Marseille is a covered amphitheater in Marseille ( France ), on Avenue de Saint-Just 48 in the Quartier Saint-Just, in the 13th arrondissement .
History and use
The hall was opened in 1994 and can seat up to 8,500 spectators. The arena is mainly used for concert events. Internationally successful artists such as Eric Clapton , Tina Turner , Lionel Richie and Tokio Hotel have performed here .
