Le Percheron is a tractor named after a breed of heavy draft horses ( Percheron ).

The Lanz Bulldogs with hot-head motor had a very good reputation in France since the 15/30 appeared, so that the desire arose to reproduce the Lanz Bulldog 7506 under license. Shortly before the outbreak of the Second World War , construction of the Percheron began at the SNCAC company in Colombes near Paris . The T 25 model was built between 1939 and 1943. In 1947, after the German collapse, production was resumed without license fees as part of war compensation under the name of Le Percheron. The T 25 R was built from 1947 to 1955.
