Leanne Mitchell (born December 14, 1983 in Lowestoft , England ) is a British pop singer .

biography

Leanne Mitchell made an early effort to get a record deal and worked as a singer at events for vacationers. In 2012 she took part in the first edition of the talent show The Voice UK . She was part of Tom Jones' team and prevailed in the final against favorite Bo Bruce . Following the final, her semifinal and final contribution Run to You , originally by Whitney Houston , was published as a download, but did not reach the top 40. As the winner, she received a lavish recording contract from Universal .
