Living with chemistry

Leben mit Chemie is a chemistry competition for students in grades five to ten in Rhineland-Palatinate . In addition to some theoretical tasks , experiments with household utensils are the main focus of the competition. The competition is held every year. The tasks to be processed are always published in October. The written processing must be submitted by the beginning of February at the latest. The results will be announced in June.

Depending on their performance, the participants receive a confirmation of participation, certificate of participation, certificate of victory or a certificate of honor. A book voucher will also be awarded for the 200 best works.

The schools with the most participants as well as the school where participation increased the most in terms of quality and quantity compared to the previous year will receive cash prizes.
