Leipziger Strasse 3 (Gröbers)

Architecture and history
The building, registered as a villa in the local register of monuments , was built around 1860. The floor plan of the house is almost square. On the street side, a tower containing a staircase is placed in front of the building. The property is enclosed by a wrought iron fence.
