The Leipzig Studies for Classical Philology was a scientific journal published by the Leipzig Professor of Classical Philology Georg Curtius (1820–1885) since 1878. It was published by the Leipziger Verlag S. Hirzel ; by the time it was discontinued in 1902, twenty volumes had appeared. Co-editors were Ludwig Lange , Otto Ribbeck , Justus Hermann Lipsius , Kurt Wachsmuth and Friedrich Marx .

The magazine's predecessor work was the studies of Greek and Latin grammar that Curtius had published from 1868 to 1878.
