Leiwen monastery garden

Leiwener Klostergarten is one of the vineyards in the large Sankt Michael site in Leiwen on the Moselle .

The Leiwen monastery garden includes all of the Leiwen vineyards on the right of the Moselle in the plain and the adjacent slopes. There are mixed soils in this area.

Most of the Riesling vines are grown. The slope is up to 70%, in the east-southeast direction (80 to 150  m above sea  level ).
