The Len Clay Stadium is a multifunctional stadium in Obuasi , Ashanti Region , Ghana . The new stadium opened on April 17, 2005 and is the home stadium of AshantiGold SC and also the Ghanaian national soccer team . It has a capacity of 20,000 seats.
Furnishing
The stadium includes automatic isolation systems , a parking lot and over 1,300 seats in the main stand as well as six boxes, each with air conditioning and space for 40 seats. The stadium complex includes a tartan track , video surveillance, a parking lot for VIPs , toilets and a bar, a gymnasium and an electronic scoreboard and floodlights .
