Lena Saniye Güngör

Lena Saniye Güngör (born December 29, 1993 in Dortmund ) is a German politician ( Die Linke ) and a member of the Thuringian state parliament .

Life

Lena Saniye Güngör graduated from school in Dortmund in 2012 with the Abitur examination. She then studied psychology at the Technical University of Chemnitz and at the University of Jena with a master's degree in 2018. In 2019, she also obtained a master's degree in applied ethics and conflict management there.

Party and politics

Lena Güngör is a member of the Jena City Council and is the leader of her party. In the state elections in Thuringia in 2019 , she received a mandate on the state list of the party DIE LINKE. She is the spokesperson for labor and trade union policy in her group.
