Lengshuijiang

Lengshuijiang ( 冷水江 市 , Lěngshǔijiāng Shì ) is an independent city in the Chinese province of Hunan . It belongs to the administrative area of the district-free city Loudi and has an area of 436 km² with approx. 350,000 inhabitants (2003). Administratively, Lengshuijiang is divided into four street districts, six large parishes and six parishes.
