Louxing

Louxing ( 娄星 区 , Lóuxīng Qū ) is a Chinese municipality in the prefecture -level city of Loudi in the center of Hunan Province . The municipality has an area of ​​426 square kilometers and has 410,000 inhabitants (2003). It is the center and seat of government of Loudi.
