Leonard Talmont

Leonard Talmont (born November 6, 1956 in Eišiškės ) is a Lithuanian politician of Polish origin.

Life

After graduating from high school from 1964 to 1974, he graduated from the Lietuvos žemės ūkio akademija in 1979 with a diploma in agronomy . From 1979 to 1984 he worked in Šalčininkai and from 1990 to 1992 head of collective farms , from 1992 to 1995 deputy director of UAB "Eisiga". From 2003 to 2009 he was mayor of the Šalčininkai district and from 2009 to 2012 a member of the Seimas .

He is a member of the Lietuvos lenkų rinkimų akcija .

He is married. He has two children with Mrs. Vanda Talmont.
