Leonhard Fleischberger

Leonhard Fleischberger (born January 24, 1894 in Pyrbaum , † after January 1964 ) was on the board of the “Bayerische Warenvermittlung agricultural cooperatives AG” ( BayWa ), founded in Munich in 1923, and general director of Zentral-Handelsgesellschaft Ost for agricultural sales and requirements mbH (ZO or ZHO), which was founded in mid-1941 to record, store, transport and account for the foodstuffs of the East occupied by the German Reich and to supply agriculture in the East with means of production and consumer goods.

After the Second World War , Leonhard Fleischberger was head of the foreign trade office of the Administration for Food, Agriculture and Forests (VELF) of the United Economic Area , which was dissolved with effect from November 1, 1948 . In 1959 he was a board member of the Süddeutsche Zucker-AG , Mannheim , whose supervisory board chairman was Hermann Josef Abs .
