Leopold Gajduschek (born before 1929; died after 1930) was a Polish Nordic skier .

Gajduschek, who started for the WSC Bielsko-Biała, took 33rd place at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Zakopane in 1929 in the Nordic Combined competition , which included an 18 km cross-country skiing before jumping from the Wielka Krokiew ( K 60 ). At the Polish ski jumping championships in 1930 he won the bronze medal behind Franciszek Cukier and Aleksander Rozmus .
