Les Enfants were an Irish alternative rock band.
history
The band was founded in 1982 in Dublin around guitarist Ronan O'Hanlon and drummer John McEvilly. Singer Derek Herbert joined them a short time later and the band began performing in clubs in Dublin. In 1983 the singer Flo McSweeney joined the band, but did not become a permanent member. In April 1984 Les Enfants signed a record deal with the Chrysalis Records label . Two singles were briefly placed in the Irish charts, the album was a commercial failure. The band broke up in 1986.
