Lesseps is the name of a tunnel station on the Barcelona Metro . It is located in the Gracia district . The station is served by metro line 3 and is named after the Plaça de Lesseps and the diplomat Ferdinand de Lesseps . The stop is mainly used by tourists who want to visit Park Güell .

The station was opened in 1924 as the terminus of the Gran Metro de Barcelona. Since the reorganization of the lines and stop names in 1982, the station has been part of Line 3 and since the expansion in 1985 to Montbau, it has been a through station.

The Lesseps station is currently being expanded for the new L9 and L10 lines . Commissioning is expected in 2029.
