The house is one of the unadorned with a sparsely decorated stucco facade . It is three-storey and on the left-hand side has a bay window that spans all floors and has a rising tail gable . Despite the relatively insignificant architecture in terms of listed buildings and the very restrained decor, the preservation of the house is in the public interest due to its location in an attractive urban ensemble.
