Lethal Dose ( Eng .: Letale Dose ) was an American power and thrash metal band from Seattle , Washington , which was founded in 1986 under the name Deadly Legacy and broke up around 1989.
history
The band was formed in 1986 under the name Deadly Legacy. After a few changes in the line-up, the band consisted of vocalist Rick Danks, guitarist John Parkes, bassist Barry Allen and drummer Bill Waters. The band was first heard on the sampler Metal Meltdown III with the song The Abattoir . As a result, the band reached a contract with Ever Rat Records , which in 1988 released the first and only album Lethal Dose . After another demo was released in 1989 with Threshold of Pain , the band broke up.
style
The band played a mixture of power and thrash metal, comparable to the works of Lääz Rockit or the album Under the Spell by Hexx .
