Alkè ATX 100 E

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Alkè ATX 100 E is a compact electric utility vehicle from the Italian manufacturer Alkè . Due to its design (width 1.23 meters), footpaths that are not suitable for vehicles can also be used. Due to the De-Dion axles , the ATX 100 E has limited off-road capabilities.

It became known as the Letzi-Mobil , an open ambulance for one person for short distances, as it was first used in the Letzigrund stadium  in Zurich from September 2007. It received international attention during the 2008 European Football Championship , including the France-Italy encounter.

On the right side of the Letzi-Mobil there is a removable standard stretcher made of plastic. In addition to a driver's seat on the left-hand side, there is also a seat (back / back) behind it for a doctor or paramedic. The vehicle allows the gentle removal , for example, a football player of a stadium and partially replaced by the transport carrier. Paths with a significantly smaller cross-section can be used than with a conventional ambulance. It facilitates the first aid and treatment of the athlete lying on the stretcher up to the handover to a doctor or the regular ambulance. The playing field itself can thus be cleared more quickly.
