Lex Luger (music producer)
Lex Luger , actually Lexus Arnel Lewis , (born March 6, 1991 in Suffolk , Virginia , United States ) is an American music producer who has been active since 2008.
Life
Luger began his career as a drummer . He experimented with an Akai MPC 2000 that he had bought from his uncle. The basis for his stage name came from wrestler Lex Luger . While still in high school , he and his friends formed their own hip-hop production team.
First, he experimented with FL Studio for hours in his parents' basement . Luger was known for his musical prowess of making beats with astronomical speed, creativity, and accuracy. In 2009, the then unknown rapper Waka Flocka Flame replied to his email and the two started making music.
